It is my first day off in so long and I truly need to wander, nurture and rest. After a morning walk with Drew, I met my friend Olivia Parker for tea at La Cabra.

I find their matcha to always be consistent (which is hard to find). We drew up some ideas for a project I have been dreaming up.
When I have a day like this I enjoy walking somewhere new. I remembered that there was a new NY Sunlife. This is what I grew up with and decided I have to check it out. Got a juice. Then headed home to do 30 minutes of boxing to let out energy. Sadly had to take off the platforms for this.
