We will gladly accept returns of orders that are non-final sale for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. All return requests made after 14 days from delivery will be denied.
Please note all return orders will be charged a standard $10 processing fee for domestic online returns.
When returning items, we ask that you kindly use the shipping label provided to you through our returns process so that we are able to better track your return. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page here to print a label.
Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to the sender. Visible wear can include dirt, dust, fraying, and matting to the new leather outsoles.
We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes, wear them on a soft, clean surface (a towel, rug, or carpet, etc.), and avoid wearing them outdoors until you’ve decided that they are right for you.
Return Condition
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached in the original packaging.
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Footwear returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
All returned handbags must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.

Refund Processing
Please keep a record of your return tracking number. You will receive a refund within 10-12 business days from the time we receive your return.
Please note all return orders will be charged a standard $10 processing fee for domestic online returns. This processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns can take up to 10-12 business days after delivery to process at our warehouse. Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund. Refunds take between 4-7 business days to reflect with your financial institution.
Discounted Merchandise & Final Sale
Discounted items that are marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
All hats, hair accessories and products are final sale.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted per item in addition to the standard $10 processing fee from all returns of sale merchandise purchased with a markdown or discount code value of 20% or more off the original retail price per order. Inclusive of VIP and Friends and Family promotions.

Initiate a domestic return, size exchange, or even color exchange here.
Enter your order number and email address. You will proceed by clicking through the prompts and, once completed, will be presented with a printable UPS return label and sent the label via email.
Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
We are excited to partner with UPS for orders and returns! You may drop off return packages with our UPS return label at any UPS location. Be sure to collect a receipt from the drop-off center to confirm your return. This includes returns made to a drop off point that are not UPS owned and operated.
Please note that in order for your return to be accepted, all return merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached in the original packaging. Returns that are not in appropriate condition will be rejected and sent back.

In-Store Returns
If you are in the area of our Soho or West Village stores in NYC or Charleston, SC store, we will gladly accept full-price items online, or store merchandise returns at our shop within 14 days of delivery. All return requests made after 14 days from delivery will be denied.

Exchanges
We offer size and even color exchanges for full priced orders within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been dropped off and scanned with UPS, your new exchange order will be submitted.
International Returns
Returns Process
At this time, we do not provide return labels for international returns. We also cannot accept any duties or taxes incurred on international returns. Please generate a pre-paid return label with the carrier of your choice to the address below. Once shipped, email your tracking number to us at service@loefflerrandall.com.
NOTE: To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend clearly marking your return as "Returned Merchandise" on the customs declaration form.
