- We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear (i.e. scuffed soles) will be rejected and returned to sender.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATES
- Please kindly note that our on-site returns team is experiencing delays in return and refund processing due to safety measures put in place to keep our customers and staff safe. This includes 48 hour sanitation periods for return packages and limited staffing/hours to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks for processing from the date the return is received. We thank you in advance for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We're more than happy to provide updates on the status of your return via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When returning items, we ask that you kindly use the shipping label provided to you through our returns process so that we are able to better track your return. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page here to print a label.
- A one-time $10 return fee will be deducted from all returns of sale merchandise purchased with a markdown or discount code value of over 20% off the original retail price per order. Inclusive of VIP and Friends and Family promotions.
- Please note returns must be postmarked at a FedEx facility within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email. All returns postmarked after 7 days are subject to a late return fee of up to $20 per item deducted from the total refund amount.
- All hair accessories and products are considered final sale.
How To Exchange An Item
- Loeffler Randall now offers online exchanges for all orders on LoefflerRandall.com.
- We gladly offer exchanges for the same color/value within 14 days of receiving your original order.
- To initiate an exchange, click on "Initiate a Return" at the top of the page. Enter your order number and zip code. You will proceed by clicking through the prompts and choosing the new item you wish to exchange for. You will then receive downloadable FedEx return label.
- Kindly note, returns for exchange must be returned with FedEx within 7 days of exchange authorization to guarantee your new item will be processed and shipped by our warehouse.
- Return labels for exchanges will be voided and cancelled if not dropped off within 7 days.
- Once your return has been dropped off with FedEx, we will dispatch your new exchange order.
How To Make A Return
- Initiate a Return here.
- Enter your order number and zip code. You will proceed by clicking through the prompts and, once completed, will be presented with a printable FedEx return label and sent the label via email.
- Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
- We are excited to partner with FedEx for orders and returns! You may drop off return packages with our FedEx return label at any FedEx location.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
- A footwear return in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
- All returned handbags must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time we do not provide return labels for international returns. Please send your pre-paid and insured package with your carrier of choice to the address below. Please email your tracking number to us at email@example.com so we can keep track of your return, making it faster and smoother.
