IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATES
- Our small team is doing the very best we can to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, however please note the following changes due to COVID-19. Our warehouse fulfillment center is operating with a reduced staff and hours to comply with heightened safety precautions recommended by the CDC and our state guidelines, including shorter hours and work windows. This may result in a longer processing and shipping timeline, however most orders are dispatching the warehouse facility within 2 days of placement. Please note that this is subject to change based on demand and is not guaranteed.
- We are available by email to answer many of your questions during our support hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST at Service@loefflerrandall.com.
- Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 p.m. EST will generally begin processing within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will begin the processing period of the next business day.
- Please allow up to 1 week processing time for all "For Good" products, masks and hats.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
- Please note, we do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
- We are excited to offer free ground shipping with FedEx on all orders shipped to USA destinations (with the exception of where Ground deliveries are unavailable (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands). Upon shipment, FedEx Ground parcels should arrive within 1-5 business days. Due to the charity component of our "For Good" products, there is a $5 shipping charge for LR face masks and $15 shipping charge for our Hats for Good.

- Please note that service and delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We have partnered with Fedex for our shipping service needs as they have proven to be a reliable and speedy delivery partner, however delays due to inclement weather or inability to safely access a service area may occur.For time sensitive deliveries, we kindly ask that you please pay mind to various implications in your general state and area that may result in delivery delays when processing your order and inform us at your earliest convenience if you will need modifications to the address upon which you have entered for delivery. Loeffler Randall is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from the above matters.
- We accept most freight forwarding addresses for US delivery. However, customer service reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if the specified freight forwarding address is not valid or accepted by our warehouse.
- Loeffler Randall uses FedEx exclusively for all international orders. Negotiated rates are offered for all services.
- Duties and taxes are calculated at the payment stage at checkout. As International orders are shipped DDP, no additional fees are required at the time of delivery.
- To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout for an estimate.

- Gift cards or discount codes can be applied in the cart stage of the purchase. Please noted that discount codes cannot be combined with another discount code, or promotion.
- Welcome first customer promotion can be used on one (1) purchase only, cannot be combined with sale items, or our For Good collection. Welcome codes are unique and can only be used once per customer regardless of separate email addresses.
- Gift cards can be used on any purchase and do not have a date of expiry unless otherwise instructed and can be entered in the cart stage of purchase.
