We currently accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional options for domestic customers include Afterpay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. PayPal is now available for both domestic and international customers. We are only able to accept one payment method per transaction.
Loeffler Randall gift cards can be applied to any purchase during checkout and do not have an expiration date.
Can I split my transaction between different payment methods?

Will tax be applied?
Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed on your Order Summary in the 4th step of the payment process.
I have a promotional code or gift card code. How do I apply?
Once at checkout, enter the gift card or discount code in the upper right corner and click "apply".
What is preorder, and how does it work?
We’re happy to offer a preorder option for new seasonal styles that are not yet in stock. When preordering, payment is collected at the time of placing the order. If you are purchasing both in-stock and preorder styles, the in-stock styles will ship right away, and the preorder styles will ship once available, to ensure you don’t have to wait to receive all your items.
Look for the “Ship By” information on the product page—found above the “Preorder Now” button”—to determine when your preorder will ship. Kindly note that at this time, preorder is only available for customers located in the US.
Can I modify my order?
We are unable to update or edit orders. If an order has already been processed, any cancellation or adjustment requests cannot be granted.
Shipping
How do I cancel my order?
Please be sure to double-check the contents of your shopping cart, your payment details, and shipping information prior to placing your order. We are unable to make edits or cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed please follow the return process.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do ship internationally! To get a quote, please finish adding items to your shopping bag and enter your postal code and region into the checkout to get a quote on shipping fees to your address.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders valued over $400. Orders under $400 will incur a flat $10 shipping fee.
Do you ship to a P.O. box or freight forwarder?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to either a P.O address or freight forwarder.
Returns
How do I request a return?
Initiate a domestic return here. Then enter your order number and email address. You will proceed by clicking through the prompts and, once completed, will be presented with a printable UPS return label and sent the label via email.
Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time we do not provide return labels for international returns. Please send your pre-paid and insured package with your carrier of choice to the address below. Please email your tracking number to us at service@loefflerrandall.com so we can keep track of your return, making it faster and smoother.

How long do I have to return?
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale”) within 14 days from time of delivery. You have 7 days from the time you request your return to drop off with UPS.
Are returns free?
There is a standard $10 restocking fee for all domestic returns.

When will I receive a refund?
Please keep a record of your return UPS tracking number. You will receive a refund within 10-12 days from the time we receive your return.
Fit
I would love to try things on. Do you have a store?
We have three store locations. Two in New York City located at 10 Prince Street and 343 Bleecker Street, and one in Charleston located at 145 King Street. Can't make it to one of those locations? Please see a complete list of authorized stockists here.
This is my first time shopping with Loeffler Randall—how should I determine my best fit?
Each product page has a size guide to reference for sizing questions. Some pages also have fit notes for specific callouts for each product. If you still have questions please reach out to our customer service team. Our team personally tries on every shoe each season and can offer recommended sizing instructions for every product.
Is footwear available in multiple widths?
We offer one standard width (B/Medium) for all shoe styles. However, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding fit.
How do I find my best fit for apparel?
All our of Ready-To-Wear styles have detailed measurements and how to measure guides on their product pages.

Do you recommend special care for LR items?
For specific recommendations regarding care and protection, please refer to specific product pages and read the care notes from our team. If you can’t find your piece on our site, contact customer service for expert advice.
There is a waitlist for my size—is this piece out of stock?
The sizes listed are displayed with real-time accuracy for our site’s stock. It is rare that we restock items when they sell out, but if you sign up for a waitlist, we will notify you if an item is returned or another batch is added to our site.
Why are some items marked “Final Sale”?
Items at a certain discount are marked “final sale” and not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I access my account if I have forgotten my password?
You will be able to request a password change below the area of login labeled “Forgot your Password?” which will direct you to our password portal. If you are experiencing any issues resetting it, please reach out to our customer service team.
