Order Placement

Payment Methods

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional options for domestic customers include Afterpay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. PayPal is now available for both domestic and international customers. We are only able to accept one payment method per transaction.

Loeffler Randall gift cards can be applied to any purchase during checkout and do not have an expiration date.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be applied during checkout to eligible items. Only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional codes.

Cancelation Policy

We are unable to make edits or cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed please follow the return policy.

Shipping & Processing

General

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping carrier services are unable to support delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. We are unable to support delivery to freight forwarding companies.

Please select a secure shipping location when placing your order. Loeffler Randall cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Loeffler Randall is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays.

Orders valued over $500 before discounts will require a direct signature upon delivery.

Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their processing period on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your processing or delivery time frame.

Domestic Orders

General

Shipping Services

We offer free Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $400, except where UPS Ground deliveries are unavailable. This is calculated after all discounts have been applied to the order. A flat rate of $10 is charged for Standard Shipping for domestic orders under $400.

Standard

Our processing period for orders placed with the Standard Shipping service is 2-5 business days.

International Orders

Shipping Services

Duties and taxes are calculated and applied to an order at the final stage of checkout. Duty and tax rates vary by country.

International orders are shipped DAP.

Standard

Our processing period for all orders placed with an international shipping service is 3-6 business days.
