Cancelation Policy
- We are unable to make edits or cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed please follow the return policy.

Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping carrier services are unable to support delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. We are unable to support delivery to freight forwarding companies.
Please select a secure shipping location when placing your order. Loeffler Randall cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
Loeffler Randall is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays.
Orders valued over $500 before discounts will require a direct signature upon delivery.
Processing
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin their processing period on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your processing or delivery time frame.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders, except where UPS Ground deliveries are unavailable.
Select third-party items have a $5 charge for shipping.
Standard
Our processing period for orders placed with the UPS Ground shipping service is 5-9 business days.
Expedited
Our processing period for orders placed with the UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Shipping Service is 2-4 business days, depending on the date and time the order is placed.

We offer $25 USD flat-rate DHL Express Worldwide shipping to Australia, Canada, and the UK for orders valued over $295 USD. Shipping services and rates vary for all other destinations.
Duties and taxes are calculated and applied to an order at the final stage of checkout. Duty and tax rates vary by country.
International orders are shipped DAP.
