We offer free UPS Ground shipping for domestic orders valued over $400, except where UPS Ground deliveries are unavailable. A flat rate of $10 is charged for UPS Ground shipping for domestic orders under $400. Upon shipment, UPS Ground packages can take anywhere from 10-12 business days to arrive at their final destination. For more details on destination specific delivery estimated see our shipping page.
We’re excited to offer a preorder option for new seasonal styles that are not yet in stock. When preordering, payment is collected at the time of placing the order. Look for the “Ship By” information on the product page—found underneath the “Preorder Now” button”—to determine when your preorder will ship. For more details on preorders, please see our FAQ page.
We gladly accept returns on full priced items (except items marked Final Sale) for a refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached.
Please note all return orders will be charged a standard $10 processing fee for domestic online returns.
